Designer – Graphic / Web / Multimedia
We need one full-time and one part-time Web Designer to add to our growing team. If you've got the skill and style then give us a shout!
Description
We’re looking for candidates who:
- have a passion for web design and new media
- have advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign skills
- are creative, organized, and analytical (right and left brain!)
- know modern HTML and CSS capabilities
- are interested in testing the designs they produce with actual users
Other duties include:
- presenting your designs to others, and to our clients
- working as part of a team
- light copywriting and proofreading (for layouts/concepting)
Multimedia skills are a plus, including:
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D
- Audio editing
- 3D or VR/AR skills
Above all, your design skills will win us over. If you can design, we have the team that can build. You don't just design to design—there's function to your form. You'll need to understand the client's goals and translate them to the target audience (and the audience is rarely just like you). You must prize the end-user’s experience over your own.

Alexander & Tom, Inc. is an award-winning digital agency in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. We've been in digital marketing communications since 1996. We develop new media and online marketing campaigns—web, mobile, email, and video—often tied into other broadcast and print advertising.
