Digital Event Coordinator

We are looking for a digital event coordinator with marketing skills to work in our Digital Marketing Agency. We manage and produce web-based campaigns and web/digital development projects for high profile customers. (corporations, associations, and government entities). This year, we have produced at least one marketing webinar every week for our clients, and expect this need to expand, as technologies advance, and expectations for a successful event grow.


Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate design and technical efforts on our webinar projects, web design, and digital marketing campaigns. As noted above: there is a substantial amount of webinar coordination and production right now.)
  • You’ll also review and coordinate planning documents, schedules, and project status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team. (Managing your to-do list is critical.)
  • Research, coordinate and manage vendors, resources, and 3rd party collaboration.
  • Maintain electronic project files.
  • And you’ll work with an advanced team of internet marketing pros, and highly skilled web development teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related work experience required. (coordinating events, processes, productions, marketing efforts, or people)
  • Experience with digital event platforms (Teams, Zoom, ON24, GoTo Meeting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEM & PPC management & Web Analytics tools.
  • Experience/knowledge in websites and web-based communications. (any web design, development or management would be a plus), but you don’t need to be a programmer. Basics – such as Word Press, HTML, Google Analytics, AdWords. The more you know, the more responsibility we will give you on different marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with content and campaign development across Social Media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Podcast, Snap Chat, and more.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (but you can substitute 3 years of work experience in Event Coordination, Digital Marketing, or Web roles, for the degree requirement)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office apps and Google Docs and Collaboration tools (i.e. Slack, Notion, etc.)
  • Knowledge of web development or graphic/web design platforms a big plus. (i.e., Illustrator, Sketch, HTML, CSS, WordPress)
